School Procedures

Parent Pick Up & Drop Off

We kindly ask that you refrain from using the St. Alphonsus parking lot. They have been experiencing challenges with patients being unable to find parking and arriving late to their appointments. Additionally, the increased traffic in that area can impede access for emergency vehicles, which is a serious safety concern.

If you plan to stay during drop-off, please use the designated parking areas on school property. For quick drop-offs, we encourage you to use the main parking lot drop-off loop. Once the bell rings, parents will be asked to leave school grounds. Our campus is closed during school hours.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Parent Square Communication Tool
The Parent Square platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with Boise School District. The Falcon Flyer will be sent through Parent Square each month.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Office Hours
Our office hours will be 8:45am-4:15pm. During those hours feel free to call or visit with any questions or concerns.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Student Handbook
Please be sure to read through our Riverside Student Handbook with your student. This will be posted on our Riverside website and sent out electronically the first week.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cross Walks
Please be safe and use the crosswalks in the school parking lot. We have a crossing guard on Parkcenter. We have safety patrol students, and their supervisor outside to assist students and parents crossing the street in the designated areas. We love to model positive behaviors for all students!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Morning & Afternoon Procedures
Once students arrive to school, they will walk around the side of the building and head to the blacktop at the back of the building. Students are expected to stay in this area until the bell rings. When the bell rings at 3:45pm students are expected to leave campus and head home. If students return to the school grounds, they will be unsupervised.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Calling in Absences
